Worldview:
This is a heartwarming movie with a terrific cast! Alison Pill is outstanding as Katy Carr, the teen girl that is full of life and brings laughter to her Aunt Helen (fabulously played by Megan Follows) who needs the laughs as she is quite ill and bound to a wheelchair. Helen says about Katy: "She's the perfect tonic." Rounding out this fine cast is Kevin Whately as Katy's father, Martha Burns as her Aunt Izzie and Dean Stockwell.
Kay is an energetic teen girl who is prone to accidents but there is never a dull moment when she is around. When an accident alters Katy's life she finds the courage to go on from her Aunt Helen. This heartwarming story is Dove Approved for all ages and earns five Doves from us our highest rating.
