Synopsis:
The coming of a Savior, the Messiah, is foretold by prophets, announced by angles and realized in the birth of Jesus, only to be opposed by worldly power in the person of King Herod. Beginning with the angel Gabriel announcing God’s blessed plan for Mary, The King is Born brings all the elements of this timeless story to life!
Dove Worldview:
This animated story of the birth of Jesus stays quite true to scripture. Right from the beginning, the characters seem to come to life as the story unfolds. The musical scores compliment the story line well and the theme song was perfect. We recommend this film for all ages and we award it five doves, the most we can award it!
