Synopsis:
 He is Risen is the story of the greatest miracle of all—the resurrection of Jesus! Sorrow and despair at the Lord’s crucifixion become complete joy as the disciples behold their resurrected Master three days after His death. The events of the real story of Easter teach of the atonement and resurrection, providing hope to Christians around the world.

Dove Worldview:
 This film did a wonderful job of telling the story of the resurrection on our Lord. The film contained many Bible verses, and several Bible stories which include the death of Jesus, Jesus' resurrection, Jesus revealing himself to the disciples and the story of the fishermen casting their nets on the other side of the boat. The stories stay true to the Bible and are well done.

The producers did a good job at making this film interesting for people of all ages. This is a short film so children can watch and learn about the Bible without losing interest. This would also make a great teaching tool for churches. " The Animated Stories From The New Testament" series is a great way to teach your children about God and the Bible and it opens the door for your children to start asking questions. This video is easily approved by Dove and recommended for all ages.
