“Revelation Road: The Beginning of the End” is an end-times thriller focusing on the life of Joshua, a former military operative who is now a traveling business man. Joshua encounters a store owner and is present when a group of bikers tries to rob the shop. After he vanquishes the thugs he is invited over to the owner’s house where he is presented with the truth – that Jesus is the bridge that can allow him to be forgiven from his past sins and offer him a new life and just when Joshua is coming to the realization that the old man was right, something happens that alters his course–hopefully for the better.
This is a well-made film that has a strong faith message. The characters are well developed and the plot is interesting. Viewers should know that there is some blood in the film when people are either beaten up or shot but it is kept to a minimum and is not gratuitous. We are pleased to award this gripping drama our Dove “Faith-Friendly” Seal for ages 12 and over.
