Synopsis

Two courageous kids team u[ with a fast talking police dog to collar a gang of bumbling smugglers in this hilarious comedy! Sparkling with heartwarming laughs, riotous action and the furriest, funniest canine hero ever, it’s delightful, head-over-tails romp for the entire family!

Promising his mother he’ll stay out of trouble, young Billy arrives on the resort island of Catalina to spend the summer with his father, an eccentric inventor and toy maker. But Billy’s summer vacation takes a turn into outrageous adventure when he meets Sherlock – a street-wise, talking dog who claims his policeman master has been kidnapped by smugglers! Since Sherlock will only speak to Billy and his new-found friend Emma, it’s up to the two kids and their canine sidekick to crack the case. Now, the chase is on! From goofy disguises to high-speed golf cart get-aways to an air-borne para-sail assault on the smuggler’s ship, the crime fighting trio is off on an action-packed, howlingly funny mission in-paws-ible!
