Dove Review

It is always hard to be the new kid at a school. Matthew has to adapt to a change in his life, moving to a new place to live in addition to being new to the school. He loves boxing and wants to learn the sport. Matthew’s problem is that his mother doesn’t want him to do this and he battles his fear of the bully of the school. But along the way he finds help through some unlikely supporters.

This is a film about building confidence in one’s self and finding a different way other than violence to deal with a bully. The story is compelling and about overcoming change. Although it is geared more toward teens it is a good film that the entire family can watch. We are proud to award the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages to this wonderful DVD.
