Dove Review

This is an amazing documentary which chronicles the finding of an aged boat in Galilee which has become known as the Jesus Boat. The documentary features beautiful scenery and highly respected scholars such as Dr. Stephen Collins, Dr. Kurt Raych, Dr. Shelley Wachsmann and many others whose backgrounds range from archeology experts to nautical experts and Christian historians.

Learn more about Jesus’ ministry and the fact he mainly ministered within a twelve-mile radius near Capernaum and the Sea of Galilee. And listen intently as possibilities are explored including the possibility that a fisherman like Peter, one of the twelve disciples, could have used the boat and that Jesus himself, a carpenter, could have helped work on it when it was originally made. The amateur archaeologists, two fisherman brothers, who discovered this famous boat, are also featured.

We gladly award our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal to this DVD and highly recommend it. It is suitable for the entire family.
