Dove Review

This DVD series is well produced, and one of quality. This particular episode teaches French by showing specific scenes along with the pronunciation in French. For example, the face of a girl is shown and the viewer learns the word in French for face is “La figure.” Young ones will learn that the color red is pronounced “rouge” in French, blue is pronounced “bleu” and so on. The DVD covers colors, numbers, cars, the word for drink, and other words. Learn what the word for hat is, boy and girl, and many more. The viewer will learn that some of the French words are very close to the spelling in English, such as the word balloon, which is written as “ballon” in French. This DVD is Dove approved for every age.
