Dove Review

This is a rare look at the World’s Fair of 1911. It runs eleven minutes and is a pictorial record which shows President William Howard Taft breaking ground on Feb. 25, 1911. The city was built with great gardens and courts and fountains. The Tower of Jewels is shown as well as the Twin Mermaid Pools and the Byzantine architecture. This video reflects the style of that time in a very interesting way. The viewer feels as if he/she has traveled back in time via a time machine.
