A modern rendition of an ancient technique called Yoga Nidra, “Daydream” is a guided head-to-toe relaxation session that helps kids unwind and prepare for quiet time. Filled with secret waterfalls, hot air balloon rides, pink elephants, happy monkeys, and dancing butterflies; Wai Lana’s beautiful “Daydream” is a feast for the imagination. It truly makes nap time a pleasure for kids, parents and teachers.

Dove Review

This is a wonderful relaxation DVD for your children. It is filled with colorful pictures, relaxing songs, and fun games. I can admit that it is relaxing because it helped even me to relax. It was amazing to me because when my children were small, I would help them relax by telling them a little relaxing story for different parts of the body. Now Wai Lana does the same thing with this lovely DVD, with her soothing voice singing songs and telling stories. Also added to this is fun games that the kids can play after rest time is over.
