Synopsis

In the spectacular 3D film “Aliens of the Deep,” Academy Award® winning director James Cameron presents dramatic and visually stunning highlights of a series of expeditions to deep-ocean hydrothermal vents where super-heated, chemically charged water gives life to some of the strangest animals on earth. Cameron is joined on these deep ocean dives by a team of young oceanographers and NASA space researchers who help us consider the correlation between life underwater and the life we may one day find in outer space.

Dove Review

“Aliens of the Deep” is an engaging and enlightening adventure into the underwater world of our oceans. James Cameron plunges us deep into a sea of amazing creatures, some of which have never before been seen by human eyes. In this documentary, we see the correlations between deep sea and space exploration. This is a truly amazing film well worth the price of admission.
