Synopsis

Miss Lori’s education is in Early Childhood. She has implemented and managed several early childhood programs and schools. She has also participated in the “Parent’s as Teachers” program, serving as a Parent Educator. Through these experiences, she has relied on finger plays to entertain, stimulate, and educate children of all ages. She knows the importance of learning through play and finding that play in simple everyday rhymes.

Finger plays help children acquire skills that are essential to their development and learning. They help improve and advance memory and language skills, while also helping in the development of eye-hand coordination and enhancing gross and fine motor skills.

Miss Lori and her friends will bring excitement to finger plays through live action. Children will feel like Miss Lori is talking and singing just to them. Don’t be surprised if your child wants to watch it over and over again.

Dove Review

Your child will likely feel that Miss Lori is interacting just with him/her.

In addition to the many nursery rhymes that are acted out, this DVD contains some classic old cartoons like “The Kids that Lived in a Shoe,” “Somewhere in Dreamland” and “Play Safe.”
