Synopsis

With charm and joy in the spirit of the season, this presentation by Disney of the charming “Winnie the Pooh” story captures any child’s heart. The adventure begins once upon a cold and blustery day in the Hundred Acre Wood, when Pooh, Piglet and Rabbit are on a quest to find winter: a season they seem to have missed. The search is the vehicle used to portray both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Dove Review

Children will be captivated by Winnie the Pooh, Rabbit and Piglet, as they meet and form a relationship with Kessie, a small bird needing to be rescued from the cold elements. They nurture Kessie back to health and then have to deal with the fact of Kessie’s leaving and learning to fly. Along the way, there are many heart-touching scenes of them taking care of not only Kessie, but one another. There’s no head-banging or smart-aleky talk in this video. I recommend it for children of any age. A delight to watch with your children!
