Synopsis

A gumshoe “duck-tective,” a game show hosted by a sheep, and a guitar-playing bear? Expect zany fun as you join Daniel Duck, Captain Jay and all their friends as they sing songs, memorize Bible verses and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. Fun and adventure are waiting for your whole family aboard The Bible Boat! In this episode, Daniel Duck learns a lesson about forgiveness, while Alby Albatross realizes the importance of following the rules.

Dove Review

This videos has some good things to learn for elementary-age kids. They will learn about Creation, forgiveness, helping others and the first three of the Ten Commandments. Daniel Duck and Captain Jay take us for a ride on the Bible Boat where all of Daniel Duck’s friends, and of course the viewers, memorize Bible verses, like Genesis 1:1 and Ephesians 4:32. The singing in the video is Bible verses set to music. They are done pretty well and after a few viewings, kids will be able to sing along. Albie the Albatross will keep kids laughing as he plays with a chemistry set and keeps setting off explosions. Kids will be able to learn the Bible verses during the game show segment of the video. I’m sure they will be able to answer the questions much better than Barry Bear and Albie the Albatross can. This is wholesome “edu-tainment” about the Bible.
