Synopsis

Dive! Dive! Dive with Mike into the depths of the sea and explore with the incredible Bubble Sub! The “Under the Waves” gang learns more about the coral reef and its surprisingly beautiful but sometimes weird inhabitants. Featured creatures are the Angelfish, Butterfly fish, conch, sea cucumber and submarines.

Each episode of “Under the Waves” features several fun marine creatures and identifies both the English and scientific names, as well as tons of cool information that will surprise you.

Dove Review

Olympic Gold Medal swimmer Mike Barrowman and his friends take you on an underwater journey of the Caribbean. Mike and his zany ways often get him into trouble, but kids will like his antics. In this episode you will learn about submarines, Angelfish, Butterfly fish, conch and sea cucumbers. I like the way the kids narrate these sections with very interesting information and colorful photography.

Mike has a tremendous enthusiasm for the ocean and its inhabitants that will lure your child into many fun-filled hours watching all there is to learn in every episode of “Under the Waves.”

They even have a review section at the end of the video so kids can review and reaffirm what they have seen and learned on “Under the Waves.” I highly recommend this underwater family show to parents and their children.
