My First Day

This video is intended for all young people who, like Buddy Bear, might be nervous about going to their first day of school. Father Bear takes Buddy Bear to his first day at preschool, answering his questions and giving him encouragement to allay his fears.

When Buddy Bear arrives at the preschool, he is warmly welcomed by his teacher, who assures Father Bear that Buddy will be well taken care of. Buddy is soon interacting with his classmates as they all sing, paint, plant a garden and do other fun activities. He is immediately enjoying himself, and his fears and anxiety disappear.

By preparing his son for his first day in a very positive manner, the father helps Buddy overcome his first hurdle about a totally new experience. This video was made completely on location, using real students and teachers, who are very warm and loving with the children. In addition to having fun, the children learn peer respect and how to play and work together.
