Synopsis

A 17-year-old aspiring dancer moves to a new school, where she has one last shot at making her dream of becoming a dancer a reality.

Dove Review

1 Chance 2 Dance follows a longstanding tradition of films about youths dancing through their celebrations and hardships of (most often) high school lives. The film is no exception, with its DNA closely related to Dirty Dancing (1987) or even High School Musical (2006).

Any viewer can find something to root for in Gabby’s character (Lexi Giovagnoli) as she works her hardest and best, even with her unlikely partner Brad (Just Ray), a slacker with a deeper-rooted heart. The film best invites and inspires audiences through its dance choreography, which is most exciting and fast. 1 Chance 2 Dance is a true underdog story with a great message to share!

Dove is proud to award the film its approval for Ages 12+.
