Dove Review

Captain Kidd is a classic movie from 1945, filmed in black and white. It tells the story of the pirate Captain Kidd, who tries to trick the king so that he may reap the rewards of ships that he destroyed. It is a tale of treachery and greed with some romance in it.

This old movie is for all ages as it brings to life this story of pirates on the high seas. It is comical at times and dramatic at others. For all those who love the cinema of long ago, here is one for you. The Dove Family-Approved Seal for ages 12-plus is awarded to this movie.
