Fix It Boys

The Fix It Boys is the zany story of two brothers, Ben and Cricket Junk, who use their mechanical intuitiveness to fix peoples' problems - broken wagons, toasters, ect. Their skills are tested when they're hired to save a girl's parents from getting a divorce. Believing they can save the marriage by finding a stolen pearl necklace, the boys set out to catch a jewel thief and in the process discover what the "pearl of great price" really is.

Dove Review

Ben Junk is a counselor at a Christian camp. When he leaves a note for his brother Cricket to meet him down by the trail, Cricket is not too happy with it, but he goes. When the boys meet up, Ben tells Cricket that he is taking everyone, including Cricket, camping down by the river.

When Ben, Cricket, Marty, Stanley and Phillip hike to the river, the boys hear the brothers talking about a mystery and a pearl necklace and want to hear more of the story. The tale of the pearl necklace becomes the campfire story.

The brothers are hired to help a young girl find her mother’s stolen pearl necklace. In doing so, they discover things about themselves and learn about God’s forgiveness. While telling the story to the other three boys, those young men also learn about themselves and about God’s wonderful gift of salvation.

It is a inspiring tale of mystery, investigation and lessons for one’s life through Christ. The insightful story of helping others and forgiveness from God will make you a better person. The Dove Faith-Friendly Seal for all ages is awarded to this movie.
