Synopsis

In its fourth season, “Coast Guard Alaska” features some of its most thrilling, hard-hitting rescue stories yet.

Dove Review

“Coast Guard Alaska” will leave you on the edge of your seat. The brave men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard stationed in Sitka and Kodiak, Alaska, face some of the most vicious weather and other kinds of danger when doing their jobs. Not only do they try to save people from the frigid waters off the coast, but they also help remote villages when a medical emergency arises.

The happiest sight for most people in this area is when they see the orange Coast Guard uniforms when they’re in trouble. In this documentary, the viewer also sees what this kind of work requires, as the Coast Guard members share their thoughts about working in this field and their reactions to dangerous situations.

The members of the Coast Guard have great respect for others. They’re highly connected to their community and their team. “Coast Guard Alaska – Season 4” is a very encouraging documentary.
