Synopsis

“Jesus: The Desire of Ages” tells the familiar story of Jesus in a fresh way, through the eyes of those who knew and loved the Son of Man. An inspiring and triumphant music score combined with imaginative visual artistry will grip your heart as you experience the reality of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice. This film is designed to lead the viewer into an intimate encounter with the one who takes away the sins of the world: the Lamb of God.

Dove Review

“Jesus: The Desire of Ages” accurately presents various parts of Jesus’ life. Events include the announcement of his birth to the shepherds, his being placed by Mary in a manger, the healing of the leper, his speaking to the woman at the well, and with Nicodemus, as well as other moments from the Gospels and his passion and resurrection.

A sincere effort is put into the production, though it tends to be over dramatic in some parts. The editing is strong and the storyline flows nicely. The film obviously attempts to glorify God and Christ. We are pleased to award our Dove “Faith-Friendly” Seal for ages 12+ to “Jesus: The Desire of Ages.” Watch the life of Christ come to life!
