Synopsis

An action-comedy story of two regular guys just living a normal life, who struggle to live day by day. They accidentally stumble upon a treasure map and follow their instincts for adventure. Aboard the plane on their way to the shattered and hot country of Mexico, Thom and Dusty meet a tour guide who offers them his services. When they arrived they decide to go to the cantina for a drink and maybe hire Pedro. Little do they know what Mexico has in store for them.

Dove Review

(Note: distributor is MGM/UA – admin will change after notification is complete) “Thom and Dusty Go To Mexico” is a unique film and unlike any I have seen before. It is about two buddies who wind up going to Mexico and having a few adventures they didn’t plan on. Thom is always trying to get Dusty to do all the work, especially when they take on yard work including. Dusty has a quick, laugh handy almost all the time.

They seek treasure in Mexico, but there are others who are aware of their quest and want the treasure. Just when it appears their journey has been a failure, something happens that turns their fortunes around. In the meantime, they deal with betrayal and bandits and things going wrong every time they possibly can.

We are awarding this film our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for ages twelve plus. Enjoy the ride with Thom and Dusty as they travel to Mexico!
