Synopsis

A 12-year-old orphan boy named Max meets a talking, invisible dog sent by Santa Claus. Together they find the true spirit of Christmas.

Dove Review

If you love stories with talking dogs, here is a movie for you. Hercules is a charming dog that can talk and also helps Santa with the naughty-and-nice list. This year he has chosen an orphan boy named Max to help. To get Max on Santa’s nice list, he must get the boy to help someone else get the Christmas spirit.

The comedy starts when the two new companions decide to help a man who has had a spell of bad luck and is really not into Christmas this year, let alone having the joyous spirit that the holiday brings. It doesn’t help Max that he is the only one who can hear or see Hercules. They have another problem brewing thanks to a nasty trio of anti-Christmas spirits. This is a funny movie to add to your Christmas holiday viewing. We award the Dove Family Approved Seal for all ages.
