Dove Review

“The Judge” is a heartbreaking story of a father and son that do not get along and have been estranged for many years. When Hank returns to his small town in Indiana it seems that nothing in town has changed and neither has his father’s attitude towards him. The only thing that has brought the two together is the unexpected death of Joseph’s wife who is Hank’s mom.

But little does Hank know that he is going to need in his full compassity as a lawyer when his older brother Glen informs him that their father has been arrested. Then the conflicts between father and son along with other medical information are brought to light as the Judge goes on trial for his life.

It is a tale of family difficulties, misunderstandings along with reconciliation and forgiveness. Unfortunately some of the content in this film puts it far beyond our guidelines and can not be approved by Dove.
