Rise of the Dinosaurs

A commando squad rescues a hostage being held by a terrorist, but their helicopter is shot down and falls into an unexplored valley. They quickly realize it is inhabited by dinosaurs, for which soldiers are a tasty morsel.

Dove Review

“Rise of the Dinosaurs” is based on the Arthur Conan Doyle novel “The Lost World;” it is a graphic story with dinosaurs eating men and even each other. A squad of soldiers seeks to rescue a female bio-chemist being held by terrorists on an island. They find an unexplored crater that has been untouched by the modern world and there they discover the dinosaurs.

The graphics are not first-rate, but there are several scenes of dinosaurs. Regrettably, due to violence which includes a lot of blood, we are unable to award “Rise of the Dinosaurs” our Dove Seal.
