Synopsis

When Patty and Eric Purtle visit their Grandfather’s house for Christmas, they can’t help but get up to their usual mischief. After discovering–and breaking–an ornate clock in his workshop, they find themselves repeating Christmas over and over again. With help from their Grandfather they need to figure out how to fix time and make Christmas enjoyable for their whole family.

Dove Review

The Purtles are a charming family who spends Christmas with their grandfather. The two youngest children, Patty and Eric, are always getting into trouble of some kind. They do not listen nor do what they are told. The duo also makes up their own way of doing things. But when they break a clock belonging to their grandfather, life changes until they can set things right.

There are important lessons to be learned in this wonderful movie. The first lesson is to treat your family with love and respect. The next is about how important it is to listen so you won’t get into trouble, because doing things your way causes more problems. This is a captivating movie filled with life lessons and fun for the entire family.

“Frozen in Time” is awarded our Dove Family Approved Seal for all ages.
