If I Stay
Mia Hall thought the hardest decision she would ever face would be whether to pursue her musical dreams at Juilliard or follow a different path to be with the love of her life, Adam. But what should have been a carefree family drive changes everything in an instant, and now her own life hangs in the balance. Caught between life and death for one revealing day, Mia has only one decision left, which will not only decide her future but her ultimate fate.
Mia is an excellent cellist and Adam is a singer in a rock band, this is their story or at lest hers. The movie goes back and forth in time starting before the crash. It then continues on after the accident and back again as she remembers the relationships with family, friends and Adam.
Then there is the crash that brings her world to an end as she knows it. When the group gathers around her, her spirit is there to try and make some sense out of everything that has happened. Should she stay in this world or go on to the afterlife to be with past family members, that is the question and I am not going to spoil it by giving you the answer. This movie is more of chick flick so don’t forget the Kleenex. Unfortunately there is some content that is outside of acceptable guidelines for family viewing and we can not award our seal to this film.
