Shazzy Fitness is a new Christian Hip-Hop dance workout series that incorporates FUN, family-friendly dance moves using only Christian Hip-Hop music. These workouts are for EVERYONE - our dance team ranges in age from 19 to 63 years old and our Christian music artists are some of the best in the industry.

Join our instructors - Vera, Leslie and Apollo - as they guide you through a beginner-level, easy-to-follow dance party that exercises the body and edifies the spirit - in just 25 minutes!
