Here is a double whammy in a good way! Two “Perfect Stranger” movies. Jesus of Nazareth shows up and his love and warmth makes him feel close as a dear friend, not a stranger.
In the first one a dream for many comes true. Have you ever thought what you would do if you got an invitation to dinner with the Lord? Well, this movie is about one woman who received such an invitation. Nikki can’t believe that the gentleman she is having dinner with is Jesus Christ. She gets to ask some of the questions that we all would love to ask if we were face to face with Jesus. This movie is enjoyable for all who watch it. It opens up our minds to a lot of different thoughts and questions. It is not only entertaining, but will challenge you to re-think your assumptions about God and where you stand with him.
In the second feature in this set, “Another Perfect Stranger”, Nikki’s daughter is grown and off to college. Sarah thinks her parents are insane to believe that her mother actually had dinner with the Lord. But now she is engaged in a conversation with a stranger that make her question her thoughts and ideas on faith and beliefs. As in “The Perfect Stranger”, this film will bring the question to the viewer as to what they would do if they could have a one-on-one with the Lord. This film will be enjoyed by all and may start great conversations between generations.
This double feature earns our Dove Seal for all ages. Give both movies a view and you will be glad you did.
