David C. Seibert

David C. SeibertDavid Seibert is currently President & CEO of Clear Day Media Group (CDMG). CDMG is a Christian book publisher, a record label called Clear Day Worship, and Clear Day Films. CDMG is a developer and producer, as well as a sales, marketing and distribution company.

Previous to CDMG, Mr. Seibert was Director of Wordsearch, a bible software company that was acquired by LifeWay in 2011. Prior to Wordsearch, Mr. Seibert was Director of Business Development for LifeWay, the largest Christian resource company in the world.

As Director of Business Development he was responsible for developing new entrepreneurial business strategies that sustain, develop and grow the organization. This was done through company acquisitions, strategic alliances and other business opportunities that leveraged the strengths of each division and LifeWay as a whole.

Before joining LifeWay in 2002, Mr. Seibert was Co-Founder and President of Visual Entertainment.  Visual Entertainment held the exclusive rights to market, distribute, and develop a property called The Visual Bible.  The Visual Bible property was a concept of putting every book of the Bible on film, word-for-word using Hollywood actors. The books of “Matthew” and “Acts” were completed, and with his leadership Visual Entertainment developed over twenty-five product lines while generating gross retail sales of over $40 million in four years.  Mr. Seibert also developed The Visual Bible in six countries selling more than 2 million videos.

Prior to Visual Entertainment Mr. Seibert developed all retail sales for Nest Entertainment and their nationwide Direct Sales Team.  Nest Entertainment’s line of products consisted of thirty-six animated Bible stories on video, produced by former Disney animators.  He developed and negotiated unique sales venues with over 300 Malls and over 500 Wal-Mart and Sam’s Clubs stores, for the company’s 2000 person Direct Sales Team.  In one year he was able to help coordinate over $34 million in sales.
